GREAT!

First off, I have a Bee, so I dont know how this wheeled board will fit the other Buggy model, but unlike the other reviewers suggested, I didn't have to walk like a cowboy when pushing behind the Bee with the wheeled board attached. Before purchasing this, I was not completely confident but then the bee is a lighter model and knowing that I could easily steer the stroller with one hand, so I made a decision to go with it. If you have the bar extended all the way up, my daughter fits perfectly on the board and I am still able to steer with both hands on the bar without the board getting in my way. If you are interested in seeing a picture, feel free to contact me. This product is great and both my wife and my daughter are loving it, I am now searching for a seat to attach to the board so my daughter can actually sit down if she gets tired of standing on it.

This is a fantastic product. Sure you can't walk directly behind it when you've got it attached, but it's still way better then it would be on any other stroller. I've tried a few different strollers and I still come back to my Bugaboo with the board attached for my two kids whenever I have to run errands. My children are 8 months and 3 years and I've been using this combo since she was a newborn. It's perfect. For longer day trips we use a double stroller (BOB Duallie - also fantastic), but my very favorite stroller remains the Bugaboo! And the Bugaboo board is a great addition to it. I'd say we'll be getting years of use out of it. It looks very durable and can handle curbs alright and has very good suspension. I keep it attached to the stroller so I don't need to take it on and off all the time. I don't think this would take the place of a double stroller if you have an older child younger then 3 years old, but it sure does have it's place and I'm so glad I have it because there are certain times a double stroller is just not practical.

Can't believe all the bad reviews!

I can't believe all the bad reviews. We love our Wheeld Board! I agree it is not as convenient to push the stroller with the Wheeld Board compared to pushing it without it, but let's face it, having two kids is twice as difficult as just having one. So, you have to adjust to all small inconviniences (and big joy). I find the Wheeld Board very functional and serving its purpose, my infant is 4 months and my toddler is 2, we go for walks daily and love it. I did get a double stroller too though because if you go shopping for example it's impossible to keep my toddler on the Wheeld Board as he gets off as soon as we stop. Overall very happy with the wheelboard and expect to use it for quite a while. P.S. A note to Bugaboo - you gotta make a double stroller guys! :)))

functional, but just okay

Frankly, I expected more from bugaboo. For such a sweet stroller design to have a board that actually detracts from the ride is astounding. True, it makes the stroller functional for two kids-and this is the most important thing. But guys: Can we talk about footprint? It's impossible to walk without kicking the board, and pushing the stroller from the left or right side is a total PITA. The other option is to walk like a cowboy. While funny to watch, also PITA. My older child also has to shimmy her head under the bar to ride, and that's sometimes not a pleasant process to watch either. All said: wheeled board may be a necessity to keep the bugaboo that I love through 2 kids, but it is also an expensive letdown. (If I could find one, I'd buy someone else's board to attach.)

Creativity helped

I knew about the awkwardness of a 5'4" person pushing the stroller with the wheeled board attached, but decided I liked the cameleon enough to tough it out. I agree with every negative thing that has been said about the wheeled board. The difference occurred the day I reversed the handle to the stroller putting the wheeled board in front of the stroller. Now, my son can sit, kneel, and stand and we can jet around the city with ease. I have had so many mothers stop me and say that they never thought to put it on the front, I have to explain that there is only one place to mount it, but I turned the thing around and they get excited to go home and try it. I hope this helps people until they change the design (which I heard they were doing but never confirmed).

I was surprised by the bad design of this board- it is pretty awkward and makes the stroller difficult to maneuver.

3 of 4 adults agreed that it was a bit harder to walk behind the stroller with the board as it is quite big. I suggest trying one on your stroller before you buy one. Is fine for taller people, harder perhaps for shorter people. The child did love it though.

Bugaboo Wheeled Board - Good for Short Treks

Reviewer: Anonymous , Kansas City, MO Date: July 25, 2008
The Bugaboo Wheeled Board is perfect for a theme park or other venue where you're going to be getting the kids in and out of strollers often. Our almost 3 year old can stand comfortably, but he doesn't want to ride on it for more than a few minutes. The big downside is that at 5'3", I have to literally stand to the side to push when using the board since it puts way to much room between me and the handlebars. It's not much easier for my tall husband who has to awkwardly maneuver himself around it.

Bugaboo Wheeled Board - Toddlers love it!

5
Reviewer: Kim , Chicago, IL Date: July 25, 2008
I bought the Bugaboo Wheeled Board to use with my 2 year old and my newborn. I love my Bugaboo stroller and would have enjoyed buying a Bugaboo double stroller, if they made them. This is a great alternative. I did not expect my two year old to have the patience or interest in riding the wheeled board, but he loves it! We receive tons of inquiries from other mommys as to where we got it and how they can get one for their stroller. It is easy to assemble (takes about 5 minutes), comes off easily (if you are only taking along one child), and is very sturdy. I would recommend this to everyone.
