This breathable ventilated sun canopy allows Bugaboo Gecko owners to protect their child passenger from the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays, and keeps them cool by allowing the breeze to flow right through.
When used together with the Bugaboo Gecko Sun Shade, the Bugaboo Gecko Breezy Sun Canopy offers unparalleled sun and insect protection. The Sun Shade attaches to either the Bugaboo Gecko Breezy Sun Canopy or your existing Bugaboo Gecko canopy, allowing you take your child for long walks through the park or beach in their Bugaboo Gecko during a sunny day without having to worry about sunburn, pesky insects, or an overheated passenger.
The polyester mesh used in the Bugaboo Gecko Sun Canopy and Sun Shade is treated with a special reflective coating that blocks 65% of UV rays, offering the highest sun protection rating on the planet: Australian Standard SPF50+. The Bugaboo Gecko Breezy Sun Canopy and Sun Shade are constructed of polyester, and are currently only available in silver.
